A letter to the community

Dear Neighbours,

Holyrood Community League is deeply saddened by the recent tragic incident that occurred in our community, and our thoughts are with all those affected.

We understand this event is upsetting and has raised questions and concerns among many residents. The police have launched a formal investigation and details are limited, but we want to assure you that the safety and well-being of our community remains a top priority. The HCL Board is seeking to understand what the need is for community support in the aftermath, and will work with available resources to address this need.

EPS has released a media statement (link below) and requests anyone who may have observed suspicious activity in or around the community hall over the weekend to please contact them at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone. Anonymous information can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or online at www.p3tips.com/250.
